Websites that bring clients.
Systems that do not fall over.
I do it myself, from the mockup to the server, in Chisinau. Below: five live websites, an app and one teardown of somebody else's site. Look first, then write.
Five websites and one app
Not templates. Each one is built around its buyer's question and carries a mechanic that works right in the browser: try it.
Car service
a request lands on the mechanic's board
a mechanic's board right in the browser
Open Car serviceRestaurant
a booking bot seats the party by table capacity
a waiting list when tables are full
Open RestaurantDental clinic
an assistant builds a treatment plan and books the visit
a plan and a price before the visit
Open Dental clinicLaw office
an intake turns into a case roadmap
deadlines and documents for the situation
Open Law officeCeramics shop
cart, delivery, promo code, checkout
sandbox payment, nothing is charged
Open Ceramics shopCoffee chain app
a loyalty card and a pre-order for a set time
a stamp per order, the sixth coffee is free
Open Coffee chain app
All six run on one engine and each has its own character: that is how I work with your brand too.
I am here, in Chisinau: I know 999, the local prices and what your competitors' websites look like. I speak Russian and Romanian, and we can meet if needed.
A teardown of somebody else's website: what it costs the owner in guests
A restaurant in Chisinau, read from the outside like any guest. Three findings: the https link opens something other than the restaurant, the page is wider than the phone screen, and for search and maps the site barely exists. On the left, their site today; on the right, a restaurant website I built: drag the line.

On the right is my demo, not their new site.
- Trust
The https link opens something other than the restaurant
The certificate is issued to the hosting domain, not to the restaurant domain. The https address sends the guest to the login page of a site control panel. The site itself lives on http only, without a single security header, on a language version that stopped receiving fixes 11 years ago.
What it costs the ownerA guest opens the link on a phone and sees a browser warning or somebody else's login form. The tab is closed before the first photo of the hall, and it reads as a restaurant that has shut down.
- Friction
On a phone the page is wider than the screen
The pages carry no viewport line and the layout is tied to a width of 1024 pixels. On a 390 pixel screen the navigation is cut off, the text runs to the right and sideways scrolling is needed. The menu, the prices, the address and the opening hours are not written as text anywhere: the address exists only as a map picture of 1.6 megabytes.
What it costs the ownerA person searches on a phone for where to eat and what it costs. They see cut text, do not scroll sideways and leave before reaching the phone number. The answer to their question is simply not on the site.
- Findability
For search and maps the site barely exists
Zero structured data on all eight pages. Empty title and description on seven of eight. Zero hreflang and canonical with four language versions on one address. The sitemap returns an error.
What it costs the ownerFor a query like a wedding hall in Chisinau the competitors show up with hours, a phone and photos right in the results and on the map. This business does not take part there, and the banquets go to them.
Already have a website? Send me the address: within 24 hours I send back three findings, like in this teardown. Free, no strings.
Send the address on TelegramAn estimate in a minute, the price is fixed before we start
Pick what you need, tick the extras. The total is built line by line: you see what it is made of. I fix the exact price after a 15-minute call, and it does not change during the work.
Estimate
Pick a type to start the estimate.
Every estimate already includes
- A month of edits after delivery
- A walkthrough at delivery
- A link to the live version every week
- I build the first screen before any payment: you see it on a live link and pay only after your "yes, go on".
- The price does not change during the work.
- If on the call I say you do not need a website, the call is free and we part as friends.
What I do besides websites
Every mechanic in the websites above was built by the same hands. Below are the classes of work I take.
Not a video: the panels run the same code as the demos.
Building from scratch
Backends, APIs, integrations, tools. From an idea or a spec to a working, tested system.
Proofcart and checkout in the shopMobile apps
An app in the App Store and Google Play, or a light tier without the stores: a website that installs to the phone's home screen, or a mini app inside Telegram. I start with whichever pays back.
Proofthe coffee chain app with a loyalty cardBots
Telegram bots for bookings, requests and support, with logic rather than buttons.
Proofthe booking bot in the restaurantIntegrating assistants on language models
An assistant with your business's knowledge base, an honest "I do not know" and a hand-off to a human.
Proofthe appointment assistant in the clinic (scripted in the demo, live in production)Business and accounting automation
Requests, reports, accounting exports, sync with spreadsheets or your accounting system: so nobody retypes by hand.
Proofthe mechanic's board in the car serviceDevOps
Servers, deployment, backups, monitoring, HTTPS and security headers. This website is built the same way.
Proofopen the console and the headers of this siteCode and architecture audits
Before buying, before launch, or when "everything is slow": I read, measure and hand over a list with severity and cost.
Proofthe restaurant teardown aboveRescuing somebody else's code
A project at 90 percent that never ships, or a contractor who disappeared. I take it, work it out and finish it.
Before this I built systems where a mistake costs money: payment flows, transaction verification, signed API responses. I do not name clients; that is their business.
How we work
You write on Telegram.
One message: what the business is and what you need.
A 15-minute call.
I ask questions and say honestly whether it is worth doing and how.
An estimate within 24 hours.
Line by line, the price is fixed before we start.
Building, shown as it goes.
A link to the live version every week, edits along the way.
Delivery and a month of edits.
A walkthrough and a month of edits included.
Who does the work
My name is OveR, a senior engineer and architect. I build systems that handle money and are not allowed to fail. I do not take tickets, I take problems: I ask "what breaks here, and who pays when it does" before writing the first line.
One person, not a studio. It means you talk to the one who does the work, decisions take minutes rather than meetings, and I answer for the result personally. I use AI as a multiplier of volume; the decisions and the responsibility are mine.
I speak plainly: what is done, what is not, what I am unsure about. If something breaks, you hear it from me first.
